Do not walk but RUN from this marketing team. Never have I seen a team built on such trust and transparency, with a wonderful, collaborative culture descend into the most toxic working environment imaginable, resulting in a shattered, devastated team due to new management. Mismanaged budgets, BLATANT favoritism not rooted in any level of skill while completely demoralizing others, celebrating employees working while on PTO, "promoting" employees by giving them additional responsibilities but no pay increase, firing capable & wonderful employees for no reason who are not the favorites, restructuring teams so they are more inefficient, hiring incompetent team members, making less experienced team members the managers of more experienced members to push them out, getting rid of DEI initiatives, all resulting in clear negative effects for the business.
