I like the people this organization has attracted. I like the spread of offices and experiences which mean you can usually find people in worleyparsons who have done whatever you are interested in. Many administrative systems (eg the R3 emergency response system and the new innovation incubators) and technical procedures in place.

Some of the Administrative systems are more trouble than they are worth. Technical procedures are out of date Stockmarket pressures prevent significant research and development efforts. All research and development has to happen in your own free time unless you can spend time documenting a business case or convince a project to take on the costs. No real scope for minor/medium improvements, due to time pressures. Headcount reductions in past year have been based on current chargeability, with no appreciation of past chargeability or future value to the organization. Consequently management chopped a lot of great players who have now gone to the competition. These people were top in their game and will now not come back willingly. That is a loyalty and reputation destroying action. Need to weather *some* storms to inspire some "love" from the employees, rather than dropping people like hot potatos.
