1. Due to a fondness for brown-nosing within higher management, inefficient and incapable individuals have been promoted to higher positions, ruining the entire organization. 2. No professionalism whatsoever. 3. Due to the points mentioned above, there is no collaboration between the Stakeholders and the individuals who are working which creates a mass confusion. 4. Extremely bad work-life balance.
