Wren is a great place to not only work, but a great place to enhance your skill-set. If you have the drive to do something, you will be able to pursue it, but, it's up to you. They look after you with tea and coffee, even bovril, if that's your thing, 3 times a day. It's even delivered straight to your desk. There's an onsite gym and easy, accessible parking available. As well as this, there's the canteen. Always something different on the menu, and always great. You will always have the tools you need to do your job, and more! Not only are you looked after, but the business is as well. Everything is clean, tidy, managed. Not just Head Office, but the Showrooms as well. It's not a place you go and think, "I can't wait to get out of here". It's more of a home-from-home.

It's hard to list cons, as most are personal opinions, and if you really think about it, it's probably not a con at all.
