This place is the worst. HR still gossip about you when you leave. Even on physical appearance and what you wear. They don’t like employees who stand out. IT leader is a disaster lacks any people skills. Favorite lines why is this not done yet? Why can this not be done?Supports no staff at all. A total task master. Does not recognise staff achievements. Shouts at staff and has heated arguments weekly. Multiple hr grievances raised and nothing is done. They run on legacy systems that are not even supported. Back ward attitudes to new technology. Rely a lot on contract work as they can get the staff in as word is out now IT is a disaster. Since the last IT director and ServiceDesk manger left it has got worse and worse.

The new owners Bamford’s are really trying to make the culture different, open communication, investment, honesty to build trust

Some of the previous employees bring their old attitudes and negative opinions. They have a sense of entitlement that can impact the new culture. Some managers are struggling to change their way of thinking after the previous autocratic owners and use their brain.
