Some of the previous employees bring their old attitudes and negative opinions. They have a sense of entitlement that can impact the new culture. Some managers are struggling to change their way of thinking after the previous autocratic owners and use their brain.
Place is falling down around them, missing parts, wrong specs for the bus. General lack of organisation and a bullying culture from most of the management. Senior management trying to implement 5s and gemba( and badly at that) need to actually talk to their staff rather than doing what they want
