Arrogance is considered a leadership quality. Managers like to joke about firing people for little reason. Safety is a concern, with electrical cords running along the floor presenting a tripping hazard and damaged metal benches used as stepping stools. Covid precautions were largely ignored and even discouraged, with many employees getting sick and passing the virus around.
