Some very smart people. They talk the talk of letting people move around and grow and change career tracks and they seem to walk that walk as well. Super focused on D&I issues and fairly good at managing those. Very transparent as far as how the business is doing.

Very clique-y. There are definitely "cool kids" tables and the company heavily overindexes on rewarding certain personality types. They still seem to be stuck in the mindset of doing cool ads on TV. Lots of turnover. Parent company, WPP, is absolutely Sauron-ian in terms of bean counting, which can lead to very dumb, short-sighted decisions. BD and account folks sometimes just concerned about making the sale and don't think about how it will be executed.
