- an exciting product, easy to get behind the vision of the company - there is a heavy focus on culture and they hire a certain type of person (sometimes they make mistakes and those people don't fit it and don't enjoy their work) but if you don't lie when you interview about who you are, you will enjoy the people - there is a real team unity feel - BD/sales management is hit or miss but they seem to be righting the ship with a couple hires in the last 6 months and they will correct past mistakes (they already have in a big way) - upward mobility is possible whether directly into sales or other departments is improving - management recognizes people who work hard and WILL reward them

- there doesn't seem to be many people who work after work, or spend time thinking about work or how to better the business outside of 9-5, meaning that if you do that you will get recognized for your work, but it also means that if you do this you will often times be the hardest working person in the room, this leads to a company that doesn't progress as fast as they could be which IS frustrating
