This place is an absolute clown show. Budget forecasts are ridiculously inaccurate, morale is constantly low due to the fear of more layoffs. Zero steps are taken in order to figure out how to cut costs (salary reductions, furloughs, discontinuing 401k match temporarily, execs forgoing salary) those would be too hard so they opt to reduce headcount. They always say “this wont happen again” and then it happens again. My assumption is enterprise customers aren’t interested in paying up for the new product they’re being upgraded to and are refusing the pay for it. It’s just a matter of time until the ship named “The Harrington” hits the bottom of the sea. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
