Some fantastic, hard working and genuine people working within the organisation

Poor communication from Senior Management and very poor decision making. A lot of talent and knowledge has either left or been forced out of the business in recent years and not replaced. Be wary of the gradual creep in work load and responsibility for no added reward. Be prepared to work 60+ hours a week if you want to successfully deliver all that your role entails.
