I joined XLN in July 2014 as a admin support which gave me a good insight of the company and I had the opportunity to progress to the career path I always wanted. My journey so far is proof that XLN not only people who are ambitious but also reward them. In January I was rewarded as the employee of the year. Furthermore XLN is a great team to work with, everyone is so helpful and friendly.
