I don't care if it sounds a bit naf to say it, I love this place. Every new employee is given the opportunity to aim high and the tools to succeed. There is a brilliant culture of growing talent and promoting from within. It can be hard work, but that hard work pays off. Having worked elsewhere it's such a relief to know that the management have got your back. I think that's why it feels so much like you're part of family here. Your efforts are valued and so you feel valued, and ultimately that gets you somewhere and can kick-start your career. You really feel like you're part of something special, helping small businesses by taking on the big corporates and offering them something far better. Knowing that ultimately, your hard work is helping that community is also rewarding. Its great that we're actually selling something that customers love.
