HR have no idea what the managers are up to. HR doesn't even know how the company generates revenue. The managers scold you when give a negative feedback to the HR. They are family company acting global. This is literally the first job of almost all high level management if you go to their Linkedin. Constant pressure and mobbing from managers. Closed door Cypriot managers orchestrate everything. The company is very trusted with traditional Forex traders, so they generate a huge revenue. Meanwhile account managers are on base salary while handling hundreds of accounts, and literally asking for a 50eur raise in every meeting. The whole thing is very cringe, so surreal and weird. No growth.
