Vantaggi
The majority of the people are nice and there has been some useful training.
Svantaggi
There are too many to list but I'll give you the highlights! - Very poor management - they don't know what any of their employees actually do and most of them are hell bent on sacking people. - Terrible maternity and paternity pay - Not even remotely flexible - you can barely go to the toilet without someone asking where you are. - Complicated structure - lots of people doing the same job but with different job titles. No one knows who does what. - HR is made up of pretty nasty people who don't know what they're doing. - Higher management don't know what they're doing. If the numbers are bad, they sack lots of people on a whim. - No reviews, no pay increases, no benefits (worth having!) no support.
