Poisonous culture at times. Constant changes with high levels of uncertainty regarding business plans & strategy. The salary in no way reflected the unmanageable workload across a small team, no effort was made to hire staff to shift the balance, probably as a means of cost saving. Plenty of empty promises & hopes, At times, guilt tripped into staying late without pay, and generally made to feel inadequate and undervalued. A small cog in a very overrun, toxic machine.
