- Free monthly meals are good, hit and miss depending on which company does it. - Some people I work with are great at what they do, are very helpful and a pleasure to work with, some have no idea what they're doing and don't intend to change the way they work in order to make the job easier for themselves and others, it is baffling how they're still here.

Too many to count. - Constant feeling of inmates running the asylum, the processes used are a mess - The company champions mental welfare yet has an archaic sales mentality and unrealistic deadlines which is why there is such a high turnover of staff (if they haven't been made redundant first) - No training or development opportunities - Pay is horrendous - Communication is poor - Good job for a year, after that your job and pay probably won't change by much, if at all, so move on - Company consistently losing money but has no plan of changing, it will get to a point where most profitibale customers will leave - Canteen sells low market food for high market prices - Only work here as a last resort to get your foot in the door
