Great company with great staff

No cons that come to mind

It's a good place if you are willing to the learn the routine of the job especially if you are an entry level or if you are getting your foot in the door of IT but if you are a senior level I would advise you to stay away from this awful company. The environment is very toxic.

The environment is very toxic if you are an ISSO working there. They demand so much work of the ISSO's that sometimes they set unrealistic expectations that they know cannot be reached. Also the workload in this company is overwhelming sometimes especially if you are an ISSO in this company. If you are an SCA it great but if you are an ISSO not so great working for this company. Sometimes it takes forever to even get information from this system owners and even the engineers due to the workload and mounting pressure. Its becomes even a battle to get information from POC's all the way to the system owners and even the engineers and if its time to go into meetings after doing everything right they begin to nitpick you. Nothing you do for this company working as an ISSO is ever enough without nitpicking. They will try to find faults with everything you do whether good or bad even if the thing is right and you've presented the evidence to them they will still find something bad to say about the evidence presented to the team especially the ISSM. Things are not well structured within this company. Everything is all over the place and they expect the ISSO's to fix and do majoring of the heavy lifting. That's how this place is.
