Joining the Fast Track Talent Programme (FTTP), following my degree, gave an opportunity to experience various management positions in varying operational and central roles whilst developing and training in key core skill and attitudes. Following the 2 year, 4 6 month placement programme, I was able to find a permanent full time role within the business. With further internal promotion, and continuous training, support and development, I have been able to continue driving my career in the right direction.

All jobs encounter times when there may be travel required or longer hours, but at XPO you get out what you put in, so there really are no cons.
