I did not join very long ago, but it is being an incredible experience working for a Company that dedicates all efforts to grow and become better. Doing things better for becoming a giant should be our lema. Tons of work to do, and a way ahead full of changes to integrate sevreal businesses and their different cultures. We should continue reinforcing how important is to share the proud of being part of this exciting moment!

Tons of different projects, initaitves and pressure to deliver can sometimes make us loose the focus on what it is really important, or can even lead us to not finsihing one thing before starting a new one.
