From day one my experience of XPO has been excellent. They are a very professional company who care and value their employees, all my colleagues have been very warm and welcoming which has eased my intergration into the team. With XPO being such a vast company there are great opportunities to progress your career with them.

The only down side so far is the current shift pattern, there is no consistency with the shifts, in the same week you can start on earlies ie 6-2 and then finish the week on nights and vice versa. You also work 3 complete weekends on the bounce and then have 3 off I think most guys would prefer to have alternate weekends in
