This is a great organization for hard-working people who want to move quickly, innovate, try new things and continusouly improve. Unlike many public companies of the same size, XPO works with a degree of flexibility and nimbleness, enabling the team to move farther faster. In support roles, you must be both a technical expert in your field and someone with generalist business skills as it is a lean team and everyone more than pulls their weight.

This organization is not for professionals who don't want to work hard. People who want to get by with the bare miniumum will not be successful at XPO.
