always room for improvement in scheduling all hands meetings- (hard with so many people in the company), doing a LOT of things at once (generally good thing, comes with challenges)

XPRIZE is a 30 year old purpose driven company that has true impact in the world. The culture is strong and the people are great to work with. We are 100% remote which gives us the flexibility to work from anywhere but we get together quarterly with the entire company in order to get to know one another and collaborate. I am proud to be part of a team of super smart people who are focused on continuous improvement internally while changing the world externally. The hierarchy is flat and the CEO and leadership makes itself accessible. Things move quickly.

Not that I can think of other than as a non-profit we are dependent on fundraising.
