- Zero feedback of any kind from leadership. Difficult to succeed in a job when there is no communication. And when the layoffs come, don’t expect any notice or any indication of what’s on the horizon due to poor leadership! - Reactive strategy and constantly shifting priorities based on the whims of CFO - antiquated and unnecessarily complex processes - unnecessary busy work that takes more time than actual work that would have tangible business impact - lack of transparency outside leadership. The irony being the company’s name is “silos” spelled backwards + the letter “X” because they “break down silos in healthcare,” yet the company itself consists of several silos. - Leadership is focused on image and winning department-level awards (i.e. “best marketing team,” “best advertising campaign”) that genuinely have nothing to do with the product or impact the customer in any tangible, beneficial way. How does focusing on winning awards for your advertising campaigns mean anything to the business and its customers? The healthcare professionals using the solutions do not care about titles & awards given out by the advertising industry. However, a leadership team overly focused on external image does as it legitimizes their job to the board. - Cheap, and poor tech equipment provided. You’d think a company in the AI space would invest in better equipment for its employees. -

Some of the leaders/managers are very nice and knowledgeable. They provide lots of flexibility to try new things and tools. My manager was very supportive of the things I needed.

Decent workload. You'll never run out of things to do since there are always a lot of projects to work on. Salary is a little lower than industry standard.

- Decent work/life balance, when PTO is actually approved - Company attempts to keep teams connected despite remote employees - many of the staff are great to work with

- Frequent “restructuring” with extensive layoffs (happens yearly, you’re “lucky” to make it through the layoffs… then your workload doubles yet your salary hardly changes). Zero rationale given for why departments keep getting eradicated or cut in half. - Expensive benefit packages with limited coverage - Flexible PTO is not employee friendly. Don’t expect to take much time off even though it’s pitched as being “flexible/unlimited.” I was told when I started that they run reports to see who is NOT taking enough PTO, which is laughable. It’s very difficult taking any time away. - Leadership is more worried about image and bottom line than their actual product or their employee’s happiness.

We're glad to hear that you found value in working with your colleagues and appreciated our efforts to maintain team connectivity across our remote workforce. We understand that restructuring can be unsettling. While business needs sometimes require difficult decisions, we make these decisions thoughtfully and by offering support to both separating and remaining employees. As with any change, it takes time to adapt. The benefits packages we offer our employees are curated with both the business and employees in mind. In fact, for 2026, the company absorbed the premium increases for our employees during a time when the market experienced rising insurance premiums. We also actively review our practices to ensure employees are taking their well-deserved time off. Finally, the awards and recognition we receive for our teams and products is a testament to the value we are bringing to the healthcare community, and ultimately the patients. We are proud of them and we celebrate these wins with our employees.
