Vantaggi

Open office environment where anyone can speak with anyone. Employees are treated well in a family atmosphere. If you have a good idea, upper management is great at hearing and learning from you. The stocked kitchen is a nice little plus too.

Svantaggi

There have been numerous changes in procedures and such, but that seems to be slowing down with recent structural developments. The management team has brought in some experts who are bringing a lot of stability to the organization. Growing pains of a growing company I guess.

We always want to keep the doors wide open for anyone wanting to make a positive contribution to their fellow employees at XYZ as well as to the outside community that surrounds us.
