Based on market surveys, we are paying above industry averages across the board. Having said that, our aim isn’t to be above average; our aim is to be excellent. We will continue to shape our comprehensive compensation to be best-in-class. We do want to apologize that you didn’t find us to be the place to maximize your potential.
