I'll admit that it's not the easiest environment, but we also emphasize that each employee take time off for great work/life balance. I agree that members of management could improve their leadership skills with ongoing training and mentoring. That's why we provide that very training and mentoring so we could provide not only strong leadership, but also teach it to up and coming leaders of tomorrow.
