HR, under narcissistic leadership, functions as an employee repellent. Management is stacked with compliant figureheads whose role is to look good in marketing photos. Benefits are poor, feedback isn’t tolerated, and executive egos dominate over execution. While customers slip away, leadership pours money into hollow magazine awards. From the outside it may look market-ready — but in reality it’s a hollow shell propped up for resale
