I have learnt lot of their overall an excellent IT habitat.

No Pros......Even Employees who don't Choose this firm it's become a big pro for their career. This place is worst at infinite level.

There are limitless cons of xantatech...... Please guy's don't choose this firm for your career otherwise you can only waste your precious time....all the positive reviews are fake given by this company SEO Team and It's CEO's relatives to make client's fool. CEO Of Xantatech- One of the Greedy or cheap person on this earth. A labor is more honest than this owner. Not giving employees salary on time even did not give complete salary also. Forget your salary if you want to left this company either you serve proper notice period. Because, there is a big book of policies but only for employee from employer side, all these policies are bokas. The CEO did not follow any policy. There is no career, poor management, less skilled seniors or poor quality of projects because there is no knowledgeable person available to manage quality projects that's why the company is full of fresher team. And HR depart is one of big poor depart here....even this company HR is not working here more than 3 to 6 months and new HR have no answer of employees question.
