Following more than a year of battling through the pandemic, brexit, etc, the business found itself in the regrettable and very difficult position of needing to save costs, which unfortunately involved us having to lose some of our colleagues. Decisions were not taken lightly and whilst we completely understand that there may be some former staff members who will feel aggrieved by the actions we had to take, they were taken in the best interests of the business and our remaining colleagues, and to ensure the continuing viability of the Company. Xbite has always valued and will continue to value every member of our staff and where former colleagues have reached out for support either to complete qualifications or find alternative employment, we have endeavoured to do everything we could to assist. The company has a bright future with growth opportunities in products and sales channels, and our medium to long term objectives have not changed. Our values are very important to the company and through the leadership teams, we ensure our 7 values are kept at the forefront of our minds. We will continue to build trusted relationships and nurture our work family and hopefully find the fun along the way. We are proud and humble of our colleagues’ support through this period of change.
