I have not seen any positive sign for growth this company

Svantaggi

I am sharing my honest feedback regarding my experience at Xceedance, particularly at the Kolkata location. Unfortunately, my time here has been highly unsatisfactory. I have particularly felt that there is little to no value placed on younger employees, specifically those starting their careers at 21; their contributions and well-being seem largely ignored by the management. Despite the promises made during the onboarding process, the daily reality involves poor work-life balance and a lack of accountability. Professional growth feels stagnant due to the disorganized processes and the lack of guidance from leadership. I would strongly advise prospective employees to carefully evaluate the work culture and expectations at the Kolkata office before considering an offer here. There is a lot of room for improvement in how this organization handles its workforce."

Vantaggi

The staff members are incredibly resilient. Even though the culture doesn't encourage much interaction, the people here are hardworking and dedicated to getting their own tasks done right despite the lack of support from above. The job is good for gaining initial experience in the industry, and additionally, the benefits are competitive for the industry.

Svantaggi

The management style is strictly "do as I say," with almost zero genuine interaction between leadership and employees. This disconnect is most obvious when it comes to professional development; requests for additional training are routinely ignored, leaving employees without the tools needed to progress. The culture is also deeply defensive. If you are daring enough to point out an issue or suggest a better way of doing things, you are immediately viewed as a "liability." Management seems to view any form of initiative or feedback as a personal threat or as someone "challenging the hierarchy." It creates a paranoid atmosphere where you are expected to stay silent and just follow orders. When problems arise, leadership is quick to deflect blame onto the staff rather than taking accountability for their own lack of support or planning.
