Xcentric is a fast moving, fast growing company. This is a place you don't get bored. I stay busy but also have flexibility in my schedule so I can keep a healthy work/life balance. Xcentric really believes in the Cloud environment we sell because we work in this environment every day. Due to the nature of the Cloud offering I can work from anywhere. I generally work a couple days a week from home and I have been able to seamlessly work from different states while on the road.
The Management is friendly and open to discuss ideas and opportunities. We have an office in Alpharetta, GA and Bozeman, MT so there are two very different surrounding environments to work from.
The work environment is great to sharpen technical and people skills alike. Anyone who works here will learn a lot and get great experience, whether they are on a tech support team, account management, or project team.
