I've had an overall positive experience at Xceptor. Colleagues are willing to help from across the organization and as a small company, the idea that you're only as strong as your weakest link tends to resonate. I feel supported by management and our senior leaders are very straightforward and aren't afraid to answer hard questions. Everyone has been genuinely kind and well-intended.

Being a smaller company, we are a bit nimbler, and resources are sometimes strained. Even if there's a valid business reason for increasing headcount or requesting additional resources, it might not always be approved. However, I feel that management is aware of this and confident in their ability to help, especially as we continue to grow.

The company is coming out of a turnaround so many people are new As with any small and evolving company - there are growing pains. Make sure you like autonomy and can build your own success
