I wore many hats at this company. Met many hard working and loyal folks and value their friendships even today. We have put up with a lot from broken and non repaired heaters at work, no seating for many jobs that require it (was told that I'd have to buy my own chair). From late Fall 2013 until spring we had not paid our sanitation provider and we had stacked bags of trash perhaps fifteen feet high along the back wall of the warehouse. It's great to walk into work with a broken heater and find that we must hide all of this trash in our freight van, behind boxes, in the empty space between the ears of management, etc. because an executive tour is about to take place.

XTG has three companies in all Vernon, ITxchange and Bluerange Technology. What is great is we can use each other resources when necessary. For example Bluerange can offer rentals through Vernon. We have some great resources and relationships with some of the local manufacturers like Lenovo and Cisco. In fact we manage Lenovo's official demo program and their end of life program. Having these close relationships really helps our customers as we can often do customer briefings or get additional technical resources. We also have a 75k warehouse for things like inventory holding, custom configurations, imaging, asset tagging etc. There are some really great people here. I know when I need something from the warehouse or someone else on the team it will get done. Also, I enjoy coming into the office which is always good. As a sales rep there is a lot of opportunity to make some serious money. Companies love the quality of our product and our pricing so if you can put in the effort to identify our strengths and capabilities you will do very well.

Time really . We are moving very quickly and growing fast so we are often spread a little thin. Need to improve our end user web sales right now most of our leads and orders are coming directly from clients.
