My Journey: Starting your career in a Startup has itself been a blessing for me, focus was my only key working here, which helped me achieve whatever I wanted to. Management: They had always been ready to help you in anything whether personally or professionally. Even during the Covid-Times, they had been in front making our job life run smoothly, taking care of our requirements, consistent in calling and checking our health status. doing continuous iterations in policies, introducing new ones that align with employee's expectations, and stood up as a strength in times of need. Career & Growth: I have seen my growth here whether it is in terms of salary, savings, Gratuity, incentives, Health Insurance, or acknowledgment, and career in terms of new learnings or certifications in new technologies.
