- When you work at Xerox, and you're interested in moving, the company has positions internationally. You might be able to transfer, depending on your division. - They are ALWAYS hiring, and if you get an interview, you are 90% likely to get a job. - If you are looking to pick up lots of hours, this is definitely the place!

-Terrible pay (my division averaged 8.75 an hour) for the work required. Technically, they were on an incentive pay, meaning you could make up to 10.50/hour, but there was always a catch, and the 10.50 was rarely paid out. - No chance for advancement; there were four layers in my division, and a lateral promotion with no raise in pay was the best you could do. - According to upper management, company policy is that you have no choice in your schedule or work hours. Overtime is mandatory is many divisions, and if you are in college, you might not be able to work here. They are not flexible with scheduling in the least. - Terrible personnel relations. I was sexually harassed several times, and upper management did nothing about it. There were physical fights and weapons brought in. These issues were not addressed by upper management. According to them, company policy was stricter on attendance than anything else, and they were too overworked dealing with all the people calling out.
