I really liked the culture of the company, my mates was very kind. The software we were creating, challenge me very well, one point, because the language it use most (elixir) was a bit different

Before I left, the company was not (WFH), and some times, the solutions needed to be crafted from scratch, because of the language (elixir), and we know, that a hammer can't be a drill

Great place to work, very friendly environment with a great team.

Poor benefits. The management tends to be a little confused in the most part of the time.
