A different review asked how a company like Xifin managed to make it this many years. The answer is that management knows exactly what to say to make it look like they're interested in your situation improving. They've had many years to practice this, they've gotten very good at it and some may have actually convinced themselves they don't want their employees to be bullied and humiliated. Wearing this mask is by far their greatest skill. People like this do not have a sudden awakening of conscience after over a decade. This simply doesn't happen outside of Hollywood. Those in charge at Xifin maintain their position by identifying and destroying people like you - the honest actor who tries to be informed, and is right now on this site considering whether or not to accept their promise of good faith and take them up on their offer to discuss things. You can be sure that management at Xifin never works harder than when they fight to prevent change and to crush and immiserate people like you. Don't fall for it like so many others (myself included) once did. Tell your story anonymously or to people you personally trust. Do not let Xifin continue to victimize honest and hardworking job seekers of San Diego.
