Xima has an extremely strong product and very happy customers. Churn rate is less than 1%. Leadership is pointing us in the right direction and I know our product is strong to continue growing and adding customers every month

Team comradery was amazing. Collaboration and training was great. Company culture was naturally fun, but balanced getting work done.

Xima sold out to a private equity firm and the changes brought on by the new overlords have been bad for the company. Bringing in many executive level employees from the PE firm directly caused half the employees to be laid off. The PE firm hired a CFO to run an entire direct sales team that failed to make any sales for MONTHS. This CFO was allowed to flounder and throw away funds for far too long. The natural company culture was destroyed because of the layoffs, great managers were put into non management roles, employees are fearful of the company trajectory and job stability.
