After your intership ending they waste your 1 month for just to give you a confirmation offer and if you you not accept then you have to serve a notice period and the hr will say blal blah all formalities will done with. Assurity. When the 45 days end and you ask for the salary they will say you your performance not upto the mark so we are not going to pay you your notice period salary. Many employees resigned the company in front of me cause there is no proper responsible management and no fix date of salary credit. It will be done in 15 to 23 or may be extra days also.
