Little bit management level monitoring missing

I did not find any PROS

There is no process followed. Without explaining or giving any clarity on requirement, they ask you to do the work. Later they blame that it was not properly done. Manager do not have minimum etiquette. They treat employees as personal servants. HR does not give salary on time.
