Xledger has cutting edge technology within the global ERP cloud industry, which is one of the reasons why I am excited to work for this company! The company has 9,000 customers globally, and is a new entrant to the US market, with both the challenges and opportunities that entail. While Xledger serves a wide range of industries in Europe, the company currently has a strategic focus on the non-profit and professional services segments in the US market. If you are a smart professional interested in working with new and innovative technology and/or like to interact with professional services organizations or non-profits (including faith-based, healthcare related, etc.) Xledger might be a good fit for you. What I like about Xledger’s culture is that management encourages each employee to play to his or her strengths, rather than focusing on weaknesses. This is a refreshing and empowering approach, which is totally different from where I used to work.
