Working in the IT department at this company has been an extremely frustrating experience. The management is overly controlling, with constant micromanagement that stifles productivity and creativity. Instead of trusting employees to do their jobs, leadership insists on unnecessary oversight, making even simple tasks more complicated than they need to be. Additionally, the work environment is unprofessional, with poor communication, unclear expectations, and last-minute changes that create unnecessary stress. Constructive feedback is ignored, and instead of fostering a culture of collaboration and growth, management focuses on blame and unrealistic demands.

Can only speak for the product side of things: Good amount of smart people with diverse backgrounds. There is a lot of space to make an impact on the product. Many parts of the product are not at their potential so there is potential for huge company wins. Starting to hit our stride in terms of how we think about opportunities, product ideas, and implementation. Pace is fast but manageable. Will keep your mind fresh.

Occasional alignment chaos but it is definitely getting better as we create better operating models. Ambiguities sometimes manifests in teams rowing in slightly different directions. Coworkers can be pretty direct to a fault. Org needs to work on team mentality and just generally being respectful of each other in every way.

- When I received my promotion I was told that I would get back pay for the start of the year, they cancelled that and only gave us stock options -HR messed up my W2 more than once, AND DIDN'T PAY me one time. They accidentally switched my role to hourly when I was a salaried employee. - My manager promised I promotion that came a year late with a 2% salary increase.. - There was no growth trajectory - My manager lied to me on multiple occasions
