Night shifts badly affect mental and physical health. No defined processes, planning, or clear expectations. Employees are constantly pressured and demotivated rather than guided. Work-life balance is practically non-existent. Lack of respect for employees’ efforts and time. Delays and issues in final settlements and HR communication.
