      Work life balance is really bad, mostly they may ask to work on Saturdays, post office hours. ITS team is the worst team to work for, very unprofessional manager, micromanagement, they will not give space to even think of solution or doing your work as per your choice, Unorganised, Unnecessary pressure, lack of transparency and what not…..list is long.
