Vantaggi
As stated in the interview you do get to spend a lot of time with the kids! Food isn't bad either.
Svantaggi
Paid for 7 1/2 hour days, expected to work 7am to 8pm at least, sometimes 11pm. Not allowed breaks, made clear by management that breaks were to be speant with the kids or we'd get a disaplinary meeting. Training was terrible, when I left I was changed for it and not paid despite being told I wouldn't be charged, this was including for a rifles training session where I had to retrain one of the other instructors who had never taught rifles before as teaching was so bad. Of four people who left, I was the only female, the three men were paid and I wasn't no explanation and this was just ignored despite complaints. They also refused to send me any proof of the qualifications I had supposedly paid for. Accomodation was mouldy and damp. Took 7 hours to clean to make it livable and still damp.
