The now CFO, Rachel, is one the worst managers for which I have ever worked. She will smile in your face and throw you under the bus as soon as she walks out the door. She micromanages, but doesn't give clear direction where to go. She gossips about other employees and doesn't know how to manage her team or her workload. She has an open door policy, but her door is literally and figuratively always closed. Work life balance does not exist. Benefits are a joke.

Additionally, we have a work-from-home option that many of our team members take advantage of to skip the commute a few days each week. In terms of benefits, we strive to offer competitive compensation, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, as well as paid holidays, vacation, personal time, and a 401K program with company matching. We also provide a tuition reimbursement program. Our benefits package is regularly reviewed and refined based on feedback from various channels, such as town hall events, employee surveys, and anonymous submissions. Our dedicated Culture Team focuses on employee development and fostering a positive company culture, evidenced by our annual awards gala, summer food trucks, and holiday socials. Regarding employee turnover, it's noteworthy that Xpressdocs' rates are well below the US national average. Specifically, within the Finance organization, turnover was 3% last year, which is less than the US National average, and we outperformed the recommended turnover rate of 10% published by Forbes and Gallup. In 2023, we also observed significant internal mobility, with nearly half of our job postings being filled by internal candidates who progressed within their teams or transitioned to new areas within the company. This highlights the effectiveness of our leadership and the conducive learning environment they have cultivated. The culture at Xpressdocs was great in my area. Everyone was helpful and very open to speaking about their roles and how they impacted one another.
