Used to be a fantastic company, but the new leadership has no idea what they are doing.

New owner decided he wanted to play CEO even though he has zero understanding of the product or industry. Lots of knee jerk decision making. Used to be like a family now it’s just your typical corporate job where people are disposable. No diversity whatsoever. More concerned with appearing to be diverse, support accessibility, etc, than with actually doing it.

Cool office but does matter when you have no culture

CRO overhired when there was not enough pipeline for existing reps to work 3. Company culture is non-existent 4. Revenue operations & GTM strategy is behind the times. Inability to generate interest. Account executives often go 9+ months without demoing a qualified inbound lead
