It's a pretty good place to work. They pay well for internship and you have flexible hours. The people are helpful and they are quick to respond when you have problems. The management seems to know what it wants to do though. Little to no bureaucracy at the Xythos level.

They are just starting the internship program so they don't know what to do yet. I got there near the end of a product cycle so they spent a lot of time working on that instead of helping the interns. They are owned by Blackboard which seems full of bureaucracy.
