Management, in particular, Manan Kapur is on his own ego trip. He does not even talk to team members independently and yet has largely subjective and critical feedback to hand out rather than any pre-defined metric. He tells people to take charge on clients, has no idea on what's actually going on, is always unavailable when you call him, and will then insult his own team in front of clients instead of having their back. He is one of the biggest reasons behind the high attrition rate of Yaap. Other people are also helpless when their leader himself is causing such problems.
